All Native Group is seeking a Clinical Workflow Analyst - Level II to support the Defense Health Agency Information Technology Department at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. This position is onsite at Bethesda, MD. This position is contingent upon contract award
Essential Functions
- Install, manage, and optimize medical computer systems in support of clinical workspace workflow.
- Performs workflow analysis for application development and functional analysis to assure quality controls regarding interaction / dependencies between software application data, security controls, and environment infrastructure.
- Administers day-to-day sustainment, integrity, security, and availability of infrastructure platforms.
- Performs workflow analysis for application development and functional analysis to assure quality controls regarding interaction / dependencies between software application data, security controls, and environment infrastructure.
- Create, manage, analyze, and optimize medical computer systems in support of clinical workspace workflow.
- The role is responsible for performing business analysis, workflow design and project coordination supporting a wide range of functions, including clinical trial start-up and trial operations.
- Meets with customer to analyze workflows for EHR optimization.
- Creates workflows for customers with EHR optimization.
- Manage ticket queue and address customer issues with the service level agreement.
- Test new hardware and software systems and packages prior to deployment.
- Experience with project management, time management, and good coordination skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Complete orientation and competency verification programs in accordance with department guidelines.
- Complete all required training courses on or before the due date specified.
- When assigned, will serve, and participate in functions and other meetings. Provide relevant and timely information and assists with decision-making and process improvement.
- As required, participate in customer service initiatives and medical readiness activities, designed to enhance health services.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly working environment.
- Obtain, maintain access to DMHRSi program and complete bi-weekly DMHRSi workload documentation.
- Sign in and out with Time Tracker while on-site to record employee’s daily schedule.
- Complete all site required training within stated timelines.
- Demonstrate good time management skills.
- Create and provide daily or weekly work reports as required to management.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

- Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

This is full time position. Monday- Friday
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.
Experience
Five (5) years of experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
