Summary

 

All Native Group is seeking a qualified TOC Operations Manager/Deputy Program Manager to support USCIS Enterprise Infrastructure Division. This position could be located at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. This is a proposal position and employment is contingent upon award.

 

Essential Functions

·         Provide high‐quality project and program management standards across the whole project lifecycle.

·         Advise clients on the project cost, program, risks and issues.

·         Lead and manage multi‐disciplinary professional teams.

·         Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.

·         Lead and guide the work of technical staff.

·         Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.

·         Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.

·         Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

 

Competencies

 

  • Ability to provide for proactive monitoring of enterprise health and ensure optimal network availability and performance in support of organizational productivity
  • Ability to provide for timely resolution of incidents while monitoring trends and identifying and addressing root cause of common technical problems and documenting solutions to common problems before they become trends
  • Knowledge and experience needed to ensure accurate discovery, assessment, and documentation of the operational baseline coupled with accurate and timely performance reporting
  • ·Ability to continuously evolve and improve monitoring techniques by implementing industry best practices, new tools, and innovative methods to include Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps)

 

Supervisory Responsibility

This is a supervisory position with personnel and financial leadership duties within this role.
 

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

 

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
Expresses or exchanges ideas by means of the spoken word.  Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly or quickly.
Frequently moves standard office equipment up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to work indoor conditions 90% of the time.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part position. Typical days and hours of work are within the parameters of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.

 

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.
 

Experience

·         Minimum of 5+ years of IT Project Management experience

 

Education

·         Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years IT experience

 

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

·         Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

·         Certification in at least one of the following: CCNP; CCIE; MCITP/MCSE CISSP or equivalent.

 

Security Clearance

·         DHS EOD eligibility required
