Summary

Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, is seeking an Inventory / Smart Locker Specialist to receive, inspect, label and issue maintenance parts; stock smart lockers, cabinets and service vehicles on a replenishment route; and keep every transaction tied to a work order. This is an immediate opening.

 

Essential Functions

  • Receive and inspect material, recording item, quantity, lot or serial number, condition and ownership.
  • Transfer stock to locker bins, cabinets and vehicles and verify delivery on arrival.
  • Administer smart locker (e.g., RoboCrib) user access and bin configuration.
  • Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies and process returns after condition checks.
  • Print and apply barcode and QR labels and maintain label and consumable supplies.
  • Rotate stock using first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices and watch shelf-life items.
  • Document and report receiving discrepancies, including shortages, overages and damaged items.
  • Store hazardous materials properly and keep Safety Data Sheets (SDS) current and accessible.

Work Environment

Warehouse and field work, including daily driving on a replenishment route and some outdoor work.

 

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Standing and walking in warehouse and field settings.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lb.
  • Computer work for planning and reporting.
  • Driving a vehicle between the hub and sites.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full-time and part-time positions available. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime. Shifts may require some evening or weekend work, and this position participates in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency escalations as duty lead.

 

Travel

Daily local travel between buildings on the installation.

 

Experience

  • 3+ years of stockroom or inventory control experience using barcode scanners and an inventory system.
  • Accurate data entry under time pressure.

Preferred:

  • Smart locker or vending administration.
  • CMMS inventory transactions.
  • Cycle counting.
  • Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) handling training.
  • Experience with FIFO stock rotation.
  • Experience working on Department of Defense (DoD) installations, contracts or programs is a plus.

 

Education

High school diploma or GED required.

 

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Forklift certification required (or obtain within 90 days of hire).
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access.
