Summary
Fire Creek Services Company (FCSC) on behalf of Sweetwater Cafe is seeking a full-time Café Manager. The Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the café, working in a supervisory role overseeing food operations, monitoring productivity, and providing feedback to ensure employees are providing the best experience possible to the customers. The position is based in Blackstone, VA at the U.S. Department of State, Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC).

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Core Monday through Friday schedule with occasional evening or weekend hours as job duties demand.
Travel
Manager may be required to travel locally to procure goods as needed.
Experience
Education
High School Diploma required. Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school desired.

Security Clearance
None required. Must pass NCIC background check.
